In the event that customer service representatives are unavailable to take your call, please leave a detailed message, including contact information and your preferred call back time so that we can return your call in a timely manner.

You will receive a faxed or e-mailed acknowledgement within 24 hours of placing your order. If your selected merchandise is not available, you will be notified and alternatives will be offered. It is very important that your spam blocker allow e-mails from CarolinaDistribution.com to be received.
Unless otherwise requested, all orders will be shipped complete (meaning that if any item requested is on backorder or not available from the same warehouse, CarolinaDistribution.com will delay the shipment of the entire order until all items are in stock at the same warehouse location). This saves you from having to pay additional shipping costs. You may contact us if you wish to have your order partially shipped or split into multiple shipments.

Cancelling Orders:
If you must cancel an order for any reason, please e-mail us at Sales@CarolinaDistribution.com. A cancellation request is no guarantee that the order will be stopped or cancelled. In some cases, we may not be able to cancel an order because it has already shipped. If this occurs, we will gladly accept a return consistent with our non-defective return policy, but we will not be able to refund the shipping and handling fees and you will be responsible for the return shipping to CarolinaDistribution.com. We suggest that you use a reputable shipping carrier that issues tracking numbers, so that you can ensure that the item(s) is/are safely returned to our Returns Department.

CarolinaDistribution.com ships only to verifiable address locations inside the U.S. and Canada. Shipping to PO boxes, U.S. territories, military addresses or other countries is not available at this time.
All orders are shipped FOB: Albany, New York.
In stock merchandise will be shipped within 24-48 hours on business days. All UPS Ground shipments take between 1-7 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping options are available. While UPS may delivery on Saturday, CarolinaDistribution.com does not offer the UPS Saturday delivery service option at this time. If you require your merchandise sooner, contact us and CarolinaDistribution.com will work closely with you to help you meet your deadline.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii:
After your order is placed, CarolinaDistribution.com will quote you the shipping charge via e-mail.
CarolinaDistribution.com, through its supplier, will assume these costs for Plantronics products only.
Payment:
CarolinaDistribution.com accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Debit Cards that have the Visa or MasterCard logo on them. Orders can also be paid using PayPal, check or money order.
NOTE: All credit card orders require a valid billing address in the United States or Canada. CarolinaDistribution.com does not accept credit/debit cards with international billing addresses outside Canada/US (as these cannot be verified).

Return Procedure:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise. Please contact CarolinaDistribution.com Customer Service at Sales@CarolinaDistribution.com to obtain return authorization. An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the invoice/ship date.
RMA numbers are valid for 30 days.
Products ELIGIBLE for Return:
Defective items are eligible for return within 30 days of the invoice/ship date.
Non-defective unopened items are accepted for return within 30 days of the invoice/ship date. A restocking fee of 20% may be assessed.
Products NOT ELIGIBLE for Return:
Non-defective opened items are not eligible for return for any reason.
Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for return.
Custom Installation products that have been painted are not eligible for return.
Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and double boxed (i.e., the manufacturer's box and packaging packed inside your shipping box) with the RMA number displayed on the outside of your shipping box, along with the number of boxes being shipped back (i.e., 1 of 6, 2 of 6).
